• Permanent jewelry is a voluntary cosmetic service. • JAM Chic Boutique is not responsible for issues related to improper care, sensitivities, or external damage (e.g., snags). • By receiving services, you agree to release us from liability related to the application or removal of permanent jewelry.

• We occasionally take photos/videos for marketing. • If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know before your appointment.

• We offer private parties and group bookings with a $25 non-refundable deposit per guest to hold your date. This will be applied toward your group’s total on the day of the event. • Deposit is non-refundable but transferable if rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. • Minimum of 4 guests required. • Mobile and pop-up events may include additional location-based fees

• Full payment is due at the time of service. • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments. • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges once jewelry is welded. • Gift cards are non-refundable and never expire.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Customers must approve their chain selection and sizing before welding. • Once welded, sizing adjustments require cutting and re-welding, which may incur a fee. • Custom orders or special requests may take extra processing time.

• We do not offer welding services for individuals with pacemakers or health conditions that may be affected by the process. • Please inform us of any metal allergies or sensitivities before selecting your jewelry. • The procedure is quick and painless, but for safety, clients must remain still during welding.

• All welded jewelry sales are final — no refunds or exchanges after welding. • We use high-quality sterling silver and gold-filled materials, but normal wear may occur over time. • If your jewelry breaks due to a weld issue within 7 days, we will re-weld it at no charge. • After 7 days, re-welds or repairs may incur a small fee. • If removal is needed (e.g., medical procedures), re-welding is available for a service fee.

• Clients must be at least 15 years old for permanent jewelry services. • Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. • A signed waiver is required for all clients.

• Appointments are required to ensure availability. • Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After that, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled based on availability.
